Advanced Customizations:

If you're tech-savvy or have some help from a developer or      , it's possible to make significant customizations to your theme and completely change the look of your website or storefront.

These advanced customizations involve accessing the HTML/CSS of your theme pages.  This requires an understanding of HTML or CSS before making your changes.

Finally, if you've already made changes to your website which you don't want to lose, we recommend you make a backup copy of your site before attempting these advanced changes.

Accessing The Code

Each of the   theme templates is built on a coding markup language called Fluid.  Fluid is an easy-to-use template language similar to CSS.  You can access the Fluid code in the Admin Workspace:

1. Login to your Workspace

2. Click on Themes from the left menu.

3. Within Themes, select Theme Code.

4.  Click on the "+" next to "Templates" to expand the list of available templates.  Click on one of the template names to view the code.

Now you have access to the Fluid code of each page of your theme.

Learn More about Fluid

We have extensive documentation written about Fluid and customizing your store using Fluid.  It resides on a separate Confluence server, and at this time it is password-protected.  However we are happy to share this documentation with any interested customer.
