Once you've logged into your Workspace, you will have access to three types of online support.
On the top right of every page in your Workspace, you will find a help '?' icon.
Click on this help icon and you will see options to 1) watch a video, 2) to choose from a list of tutorials on that topic (which will bring you to this Help Center). 3) Talk to us
Each area of your Workspace has its own set of these support topics. Navigate to the "Orders" section and you will be offered support topics regarding Orders. In the Products section, you can learn about Products.

If at any time you still cannot find answers to your questions, you can click "Talk to Us" and send us a message with your query.
This will start a pop-up window where you can ask any question:
