If you would like to see all orders in a given time period in a spreadsheet, you can export a list of orders and open it in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet program.
When you export a list of orders, the fields on your order page will become headers in the spreadsheet, showing you all the information for each order, from Order ID to shipping and payment status.
To export a list of orders:
1. Login to your Workspace
2. Click on Orders from the left menu.
3. Click on Export Orders
4. Select Start and End dates for the orders you want to export and click the "Export" button to download the file.
6. Open the file. The fields for all your orders in that time period are mapped to the spreadsheet.
