When you set up your   and add products, you have the option to enter the inventory numbers of each variation of every product.  If you do so, your product inventory will be tracked based on sales, and the inventory count will be updated.

You can also choose how you want to handle when products are out of stock.  You can choose whether or not that product will continue to be displayed in your store when it's out of stock.

Products can be hidden when they are out of stock, but you will not get a notification before the product runs out. 

How to Track a Product's Inventory:

1. Login to your Workspace

2. Click on Products from the left menu. 

3. Select the product to be edited from the product list.

4. Scroll down to the section called Edit Variation. For more details on variations and adding products, see Adding Products >

5. Select Track What’s in Stock from the Inventory select box. 

6. Enter the quantity in stock for that product/variation.

7. Choose between "Deny purchases for items when none are left" or "Allow users to purchase this item, even if it is no longer in stock."  If you choose the first option, this will hide the product when it is out of stock. This will not allow the "Buy" option to display. 

8. Click Save Variation  

NOTE: The same procedure is applicable while you are adding a product.

Monitoring Product Inventory

You can view all your products and their inventory numbers on the front page of your Products tab in your Workspace.

1. Login to your Workspace

2. Click on Products from the left menu. 

3. Here you will see a list of all your products.  In this list, you will see each variation for each product, and the inventory numbers of each variation.

NOTE: you should check this list regularly and keep an eye on items with low inventory numbers.  You will not get a notification when products go out of stock, so you will need to monitor your stock levels.
