First you would need to signup for HelponClick in order to get the code specific to your website/e-store. On receiving the code, please follow the steps below:

6. You might have to make modifications to the CSS depending on the theme selected. To modify the CSS

a. Login to your Workspace

b. Click on the “Website” tab -->Template Editor

c. Scroll down to the "Assets" folder and Open site.css.fluid

d. After modifying the site.css.fluid click on “Save” for the changes to appear


Once the Settings have been saved, Click on "View Site" on the top right hand side to ensure the HelponClick- Live Chat widget has been installed successfully. Refer to the screenshot below for how it should appear on the front-end:

  1. Login to your Workspace.

  2. In a second browser tab, sign up for Help On Click here.

  3. After completing the signup process, login and copy the generated script code to your clipboard.Image Added

  4. Return to your Workspace tab, select “Settings” then select “General” tab.

  5. Scroll to the bottom and paste the copied script code into the “Additional Javascript” field. See screenshot below.

  6. Select “Apply Settings” to save the changes.

  7. Now you’re ready to start chatting with customers. See the screenshots below to view how HelpOnClick will look on your website/webstore.Image Added
