Once you've logged into your Workspace, you have access to three types of online support.
On the top right of every page in your Workspace, you will find a help '?' icon.
Click the help icon and the following options appears:
Each area of your workspace has its own set of these support topics. Navigate to the "ORDERS" section for offered support topics regarding orders. For more information about products, see Products section.
If you have not find your answers to your questions, click "TALK TO US" and send us your query.
In the pop-up window, enter your queries or message.
We may response to your query shortly. The response is pop up next time when you log into your workspace.
