β¨ Introduction:
Whenever a potential customer submits a form on your website, their information flows directly into your New Leads section on the Webware Dashboard. From here, you can review their submission details, view their Contact Card, and take immediate actions such as sending an email, making a call, or assigning a follow-up task β all from a single view.
π What to Know Before You Start:
Youβll need Admin or TeamAdmin permissions to access the New Leads section.
All form submissions, regardless of which form they come from (Contact Us, Quote Request, etc.), appear in the New Leads feed.
Each lead is automatically added to your CRM, with all form submissions visible on the Contact Card.
