SUPPORT HUB - HOW TO MAKE A NEW REQUEST

Learn how to submit a support request directly from your Webware Support Hub — ideal for requesting website updates, marketing help, account changes, and more. Every request is tracked from start to finish, so you always know what’s happening.

Updated over a month ago

Introduction:
Webware’s Support Hub makes it easy to request changes or services directly from your dedicated team. Whether you need a website update, a new blog post, a social media campaign, or a simple account update, all requests can be submitted, tracked, and managed in one place.

Every request is linked to your Support Hub timeline, and you’ll be notified both in the platform and via email anytime there’s an update. Once a request is completed, Webware automatically creates a Flow, allowing you to follow all related steps, files, and communications — ensuring nothing gets missed.

You can even attach files (like images, documents, or examples) to make sure your request is clear and your team has everything they need.

🔔 What to Know Before You Start:

  • Requests are the official way to request help from your Webware team.

  • All requests are assigned directly to your Account Manager or relevant specialist.

  • You’ll get real-time updates as your request progresses, along with notifications in your Webware Dashboard and by email.

  • After a request is marked complete, a new Flow is triggered to walk you through any final steps or follow-up actions.

  • Live Support is available if you need immediate assistance.
