How to navigate to your project flows

Access your project flows within the Webware Support Hub, where all your projects, tasks, and collaborative work are organize in one place

Introduction

Webware’s Project Flows make it easy to track your active projects and requests by showing all related tasks, files, and conversations in a structured timeline. Each Flow outlines all the steps involved in the process, from start to finish, so you can clearly see:

  • What’s been completed.

  • What’s in progress.

  • What’s up next.

Each Project Flow also includes a dedicated chat space for real-time collaboration with your Webware team. Since everyone working on that request is part of the Flow chat, it's the fastest way to communicate, ask questions, and share feedback — much faster than reaching out to your Account Manager separately.


🔔 What to Know Before You Start

  • All active projects and tasks are visible under Your project Flows in the Support Hub.

  • Each Flow has a step-by-step activity timeline, showing all the stages of the project.

  • You can chat directly within each Flow, keeping all communication organized.

  • All files, approvals, and updates are saved within the Flow, so you never lose track of important information.

  • Everyone involved in the project can see and respond in the Flow chat — making it a shared, transparent space for fast collaboration.


🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Access and Navigate Your Flows

  1. Log in to your Webware Dashboard.

  2. Click on Support Hub from the side navigation menu.

  3. Scroll down to the Your Flows section to see all your active and past flows.

  1. Click on any Flow to open the detailed view.

  2. Inside each Flow, you’ll find:

    • A Timeline View - Shows each step of the project, marking completed items and highlighting what’s next.

    • 💬 Flow Chat - A shared chat space where you, your Account Manager, and the Webware team can collaborate in real-time.

    • 📂 Files Section - All documents, images, and files related to the project are saved here for easy reference.

    • 📋 To-Do List - This lists tasks assigned to either you or the Webware team, keeping everyone aligned.

  3. Use the Flow Chat to:

    • Ask questions.

    • Share feedback.

    • Upload files directly.

    • Get updates from your team.


Pro Tip

  • Use the Flow Chat for the fastest communication — since everyone on the project sees the same chat, you’ll get quicker responses than reaching out to your Account Manager directly.

  • All messages, files, and updates are saved in the Flow for easy review anytime.

  • You’ll also receive notifications in the app (via the bell icon) and by email when new updates are added.


🎯 Next Steps

After your project is complete, you can:

  • Review the full Flow Timeline to see all completed steps.

  • Access all files and conversations in one place.

  • Use the Flow Chat to provide feedback or ask follow-up questions.

  • If you need additional work that’s not covered by an existing Flow, you can easily submit a New Request from the Support Hub to kick off a brand-new project.
