Webware makes it easy to add fresh content to your website through blog posts, helping you improve your website’s SEO, engage your audience, and share valuable insights with your customers.

With RIVI AI, you can brainstorm blog topics, generate draft content, and even enhance your posts using AI-powered suggestions — all built directly into the blog creation process.


🔔 What to Know Before You Start

  • You can create blog posts from the Blogs section in your Webware Dashboard.

  • Click Draft with AI to generate 3 blog topic suggestions tailored to your business and customers (based on your Business Intelligence settings).

  • Once a topic is selected, RIVI AI will automatically populate the content, excerpt, and all SEO fields.

  • You can regenerate specific fields like content or meta info using the Regenerate with AI option.

  • Blog posts can be published immediately or scheduled for future publication.

  • Upload your own images or generate one with AI.

  • Use the "Write for me" feature to rewrite, improve, or adjust the tone of any section.

  • Use post toggles to control visibility, restriction, and featured placement on your blog.


🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Create a New Blog Post

  1. Log in to your Webware Dashboard.

  2. Click on Blogs from the side navigation menu.

  3. To create a new post, click Actions > Add Post.


✍️ Blog Post Editor Fields

  • Title: Enter your blog title.

  • Content: Add or edit the main body of the blog.

  • Excerpt (optional): A short summary used in blog previews.


🤖 Use RIVI AI to Generate Blog Content

  1. Click Draft with AI

  2. RIVI will suggest 3 blog topics based on your Business Intelligence settings.

  3. Choose a topic, and RIVI will auto-fill:

    • Title

    • Content

    • Excerpt

    • SEO Title

    • Meta Tags

    • Meta Description

    • Keywords

You can regenerate any of those fields using the Regenerate with AI buttons next to each section.

  • Use Choose File to upload an image manually.

  • Use Generate with AI to create an AI-generated image that matches your content.


⚙️ Blog Post Toggles

  • Show this post in the blog? – Turn ON to make the post live on your blog.

  • Is Restricted Post? – Turn ON to gate the content behind a lead capture form.

  • Feature this post at the top of my blog – Pin this post at the top of your blog page.


🧠 Optimize for SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Filling out these fields helps search engines understand your content and rank it properly in search results. Here's what each one means:

  • SEO Title
    This is the clickable headline that appears in Google search results. It should be clear, keyword-rich, and relevant.
    Example: “Top 5 Renovation Tips for Small Homes”

  • Meta Tags
    These are HTML snippets used by search engines for page info. Optional for most users.
    Example: <meta property="og:title" content="Top 5 Renovation Tips for Small Homes">

  • Meta Description
    This summary shows up below your title on search engine listings. Keep it short and compelling.
    Example: “Discover expert renovation tips to transform your small space into a dream home—without breaking the bank.”

  • Meta Keywords
    Add a few relevant keywords (comma separated) to help with SEO.
    Example: home renovation, small home tips, budget remodeling


🏷️ Tag Your Post

  • Tags – Add keywords or labels to help organize your blog posts.

  • Author – Select a contact from your list to attribute the post.

  • Blog – Choose the blog (if you have more than one).


📅 Schedule or Publish

  • Use Schedule Post to set a future date.

  • Click Publish Post when you're ready to go live.

Highlight any section of your blog content and click "Write for me" to get AI-powered suggestions.

    Generate a brief summary of the selected content.

  • Continue Writing
    AI keeps writing from where you left off.

  • Optimize for SEO
    Improve keyword targeting and search visibility.
