✨ Introduction
RIVI AI gives you the power to create high-quality, professional images directly within Webware. Whether you're writing a new blog post or editing a page on your website, you can use RIVI AI’s built-in image generator to create images that match your content and brand — no graphic design experience required.
The AI image generator is available in both the Blog Editor and the Website Editor, giving you flexibility to enhance your content wherever you need visuals.
🔔 What to Know Before You Start
RIVI AI Image Generation is Available in Two Places:
In the Blog Editor when creating or editing a blog post.
In the Website Editor when editing pages on your website.
You can customize the images by providing a description (prompt) of what you want.
RIVI AI will suggest the best dimensions for the image based on where you are inserting it (for example, banner vs inline image).
You can either accept, regenerate, or discard any AI-generated image before publishing.
Advanced users can access “Advanced Settings” to further customize the generation process.
🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Generate AI Images
From the Blog Editor
Open the Blog Editor when creating or editing a blog post.
In the Media section, click ✨ Generate with AI next to the file upload button.
Enter a short description of the image you want RIVI AI to generate.
(Optional) Click Show Advanced Settings to:
Add a Negative Prompt (elements you want to avoid in the image).
Choose specific image dimensions.
Set a seed number if you want more control over consistency.
Click Generate AI Image.
Review the image — you will be shown a preview with 3 options:
Accept to keep the image.
Try Again to generate a new one.
Discard to cancel.
Once accepted, the image will automatically attach to your blog post.
From the Website Editor
Open the Website Editor and click on an existing image block or add a new image block.
In the image toolbar, click the ✨ Generate with AI button.
Follow the same steps as above to enter your prompt and generate your custom image.
Accept, try again, or discard the image before it’s placed on your page.
✅ Pro Tip
Be specific when describing the image you want (for example: “Modern bakery storefront with outdoor seating and chalkboard sign”).
If your business has a particular style or theme, mention it in the prompt to help the AI create something more tailored to your brand.
Use the Advanced Settings to fine-tune size and appearance, especially for banners and headers.
🎯 Next Steps
After generating and adding your AI image, you can:
Edit the page or blog post further to ensure the image fits your content.
Regenerate the image at any time if you want a fresh look.
Replace the AI image with a manually uploaded image if needed.
