Whether you're writing a blog, replying to an email, composing a social post, responding to a review, or chatting with a lead—Webware’s “Write for me” AI feature helps you communicate faster and more effectively.

It’s built right into your text fields across the platform, and designed to match your business tone and goals using your Business Intelligence settings.

🔔 What to Know Before You Start

  • "Write for me" is available anywhere there's a text field, including:

    • ✍️ Blogs – Draft or edit blog content

    • 💬 Conversations – Compose or reply to emails

    • 📱 Social Hub – Create and edit social media posts

    • 🌟 Reputation Management – Reply to reviews

    • 💬 Website Chat – Respond to live chat messages

  • You must highlight the text you want to edit, or click into a blank space to generate new content.

  • You can choose from a list of preset prompts or create your own custom prompt.

  • The suggestions are based on your Business Intelligence inputs—like your tone of voice, target audience, and services.

🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Use “Write for Me”

  1. Click into any text field where content is editable.

  2. Highlight the text you want to improve (or leave the field blank if you're starting from scratch).

  3. Click the “Write for me” button (usually located in the toolbar or beside the field).

  4. Choose from the available AI options (see list below).

  5. Review the suggestions and click to insert the version you like best.
