All inbound calls are automatically logged under the relevant Contact Card and come with AI-powered summaries, transcripts, and call recordings.

βœ… Option 1: Receiving Calls Directly in Webware Dashboard

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Webware Dashboard.

  2. When a call comes in, a pop-up notification will appear on your screen.

  3. Click Answer to pick up the call directly within the dashboard.

  4. After the call, Webware Phone will automatically:

    • Log the call under the Contact Card (if the number is recognized).

    • Generate an AI-powered call summary and transcript.

    • Save the call recording for future reference.
