Outbound calls made through Webware Phone are automatically logged under the contact’s Contact Card, and come with AI-generated call summaries, transcripts, and recordings for easy reference.
🔔 What to Know Before You Start:
You’ll need Admin or TeamAdmin permissions to access Webware Phone.
Outbound calls can be made directly from the Phone section or from a Contact Card in the CRM.
AI-powered call summaries, transcripts, and recordings are only available for calls made directly through Webware Phone (not for forwarded calls made from your personal device).
🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Make an Outbound Call Using Webware Phone
✅ Option 1: Calling from the Phone Dashboard
Log in to your Webware Dashboard.
Navigate to the Phone section from the main menu.
Click the Dial Pad or New Call button.
Enter the phone number you want to call.
Click Call to start the call.
During the call, you can take manual notes if needed.
After the call ends, Webware Phone will automatically:
Log the call under the Contact Card (if the contact exists in CRM).
Generate an AI call summary.
Save a call recording for future reference.
✅ Option 2: Calling Directly from a Contact Card
Navigate to the CRM section in the Webware Dashboard.
Search for and open the Contact Card of the person you want to call.
Click on the Phone icon next to the contact’s phone number.
The call will start directly through Webware Phone.
After the call ends, the same AI summary, transcript, and recording will be automatically saved in the contact’s activity section.
