This guide will walk you through configuring Webware Phone, ensuring seamless integration and setup
1. At the end of your domain, use "/admin" to go to your login page.
Once you're at your domain, type slash admin to visit your login page.
2. Enter your Username and Password
Enter your username and password in the login screen.
3. Click "Login"
Select the "Login" option.
4. Click "Conversations"
Once you're presented with the Webware dashboard, select "Conversations" from the menu on the left.
5. Click "Phone"
This will open up a sub menu, and you'll need to select "Phone" from this list.
6. Click "Setup phone"
Initiate the "Setup phone" process.
7. Select your Country
Select the country "USA".
8. Choose a State or Province
Choose a State (or Province in Canada) for the phone number you'd like to get. Once you select a state or Province, choose from the available phone numbers.
If you don't see one that you like, click "Regenerate" in the top right to be presented with a new list of available numbers.
9. Select a phone number
Regenerate again.
10. Click any number you'd like
Select the desired phone number.
11. Select Next
After selecting "Next", you'll be presented with a popup box that asks you to confirm your selection. It does say "BUY" the phone number, don't worry, it's part of your plan. Select Yes.
12. Enter Forwarding Number
Remember, Webware Phone gives your normal phone superpowers. Continue doing business as usual, your new number will forward to your existing line - BUT, Rivi will capture and transcribe the entire conversation so you never miss an important detail.

13. Click "Save"
Save the changes, and you're all set!
