You’ll need Conversations Inbox access permissions (ie Admin or TeamAdmin) to use Write For Me.
Rivi AI uses:
The context of the email thread.
Your Business Intelligence settings (business description, tone preferences, target customers, and hours of operation).
All AI-generated replies can be edited before sending.
🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Generate an Email Reply Using Write For Me (Rivi AI)
Log in to your Webware Dashboard.
Access the email you want to reply to — this could be from:
The Conversations Inbox.
The CRM Contact Card (under the Conversations section).
The Hot List or New Leads sections on the Dashboard.
A Form Submission that came through your website.
Open the email thread and click Reply.
In the reply editor, click the “Write For Me” button.
From the menu that appears, select “Generate Reply”.
Rivi AI will:
Analyze the previous email conversation.
Use your Business Intelligence settings to generate a reply tailored to your business and customer profile.
The draft reply will appear in the email editor.
Review and edit the draft if needed.
Click Send to reply to the customer.
